Thank you for shopping at TEMAI. This shipping policy explains how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or shipped on weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or major promotional events.
The estimated delivery times below do not include processing time.
2. Shipping Location
Depending on product availability and your shipping address, your order may be shipped from the following locations:
US Warehouse (California, USA)
China Factory/Warehouse (Foshan, China)
We may ship from different locations. In this case, you may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers.
3. Delivery Time
All delivery times below are estimates and are calculated from the date your order is shipped.
3.1 Orders within the United States
Shipping from our US warehouse (California)
Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days to most parts of the United States.
Shipping from our factory in China (for products out of stock in our US warehouse, pre-sales, or custom orders)
Estimated delivery time: 7-9 business days to most parts of the United States.
Delivery time may be extended in remote areas, due to inclement weather, or carrier delays.
3.2 International Orders (if applicable)
If we offer shipping to countries outside the United States, and your order is shipped from our factory in China:
Estimated delivery time: Typically 7-9 business days to the primary destination,
However, the exact delivery time may vary depending on local postal services, customs inspections, and your specific location.
Please check the shipping options displayed at checkout for the most accurate information for your address.
4. Shipping Rates & Taxes
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and destination.
Any applicable sales tax will be shown at checkout according to your shipping address.
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
You can check the latest status by using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and postcode are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it to you once you pay the additional shipping cost, or process a refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy (shipping fees may not be refundable).
7. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
We work with reliable carriers, but sometimes issues may occur during transit:
Delays: Weather, customs, high season, or carrier network issues may cause unexpected delays. These are outside of our direct control, but we will do our best to assist.
Damaged parcels: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer box and the product and contact us as soon as possible.
Lost parcels: If the tracking information shows that the parcel is lost or has not moved for an unusual period, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a solution (replacement or refund) once confirmed.

8. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
For pre-order or backorder products:
Estimated shipping dates will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately so you can receive in-stock products earlier.
Specific delivery times for pre-order items may vary depending on production and logistics; we will update you by email if there are significant changes.
