TEMAI Refund & Returns Policy
At TEMAI, we design Tesla-focused products such as car refrigerators, air mattresses, phone mounts and interior accessories. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
1. Return window & eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused / uninstalled, without damage or heavy signs of use
-
In original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and tags
-
Accompanied by order confirmation or proof of purchase
-
Products that are used, damaged, dirty, or missing parts may be refused or refunded only partially.
2. How to start a return (email first)
Before sending anything back, please email us first:
Include:

Order number
-
Name and contact information
-
Product name / SKU
-
Reason for return
-
For damaged / wrong items: photos or videos of the issue and packaging
If your return is approved, we will send you:

Return instructions, and
-
The return address and, where applicable, a return shipping label
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

For self-service returns within the United States that are not due to product defects or our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item:

Take clear photos of:

The product issue
-
The shipping box and label
-

Contact us immediately at temai.tech@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
Once confirmed, we will:

Arrange a replacement or appropriate solution, and
-
Cover all related shipping costs, including return and reshipment, in these quality-issue or wrong-item cases.
You will not pay shipping in situations caused by product defects or our shipping error.
5. Exchanges
We handle exchanges through return + new order:

Request a return for the original item.

After the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
6. Refunds & timing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

After we process the refund, it typically takes about 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account (exact time depends on your bank or payment provider).

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you’ve been notified that your refund was approved and processed, but you still haven’t received it:

Check your bank account or card statement again.

Contact your bank or credit card company, as posting times may vary.

We’ll help you look into it from our side.
8. Non-returnable items & EU note
The following are generally non-returnable:

Gift cards

Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout

Products that are heavily used, modified, or not in resellable condition
For orders shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your order. In that case, items must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email temai.tech@gmail.com if you wish to exercise this right.
