1. About the delivery time:

The package will be sent out within 5 working days after the receipt of your payment if the goods are in stock. For domestic U.S. orders, the goods are expected to arrive 7 days after shipping. For orders outside the USA, it generally takes 35-40 days. If you have specific delivery requirements, please consult our customer service before placing your order. Please also note that shipping delays may occur due to various circumstances depending on the carrier or courier service.

2. Troubleshooting the Mini Y Trunk Fridge Touchscreen:
  1. Release the 6 screws at the back of the fridge.
  2. Open the cover of the upper part of the fridge.
  3. Locate the power cable connected to the upper-right corner of the circuit board.
  4. Make sure the power cable is properly connected to the circuit board.
  5. Reconnect the power cable to the circuit board to check if the touchscreen functions properly.
  6. Use a multimeter to check for current flow between the positive and negative terminals of the power cable. Set the multimeter to DC mode and adjust it to 20 volts for testing. The normal voltage is typically around 12 volts.
  7. If the multimeter shows the normal voltage, the issue is with the circuit board. Customers need to contact us to arrange for the repair or replacement of the circuit board.
  8. If the multimeter doesn't show the normal voltage, the issue is with the power cable, and customers need to replace it.
3. How to Replace the Circuit Board of the Trunk Fridge When It Doesn't Work:
  1. Disconnect all cables from the circuit board before replacing it.
  2. Install the new circuit board.
  3. Reconnect the cables to the circuit board, ensuring they are properly connected.
  4. Power on the fridge to make it function.
4. How to Replace the Power Cable of the Trunk Fridge When It Doesn't Work:
  1. Peel off the Velcro at the back of the fridge to locate the 4 screws.
  2. Remove the screws to open the back cover of the fridge.
  3. Remove the two screws that secure the output power cable.
  4. Disconnect the power cable from the fridge to remove it.
  5. Reconnect the power cable to the circuit board, ensuring it is properly connected.
  6. Power on the fridge to make it function.
5. If the phone can't stick to the MagSafe phone mount:

A magnetic ring is included in the original packaging. Attach the ring to the back of the phone, either inside or outside the phone case, and the phone will be able to stick to the MagSafe phone mount.

6. How to charge the mobile phone with our charging phone mount:
  1. Connect the charging phone mount to the charging port of the Tesla using the mount's cable.
  2. Place the mobile phone onto the charging holder to charge.

1. Is this refrigerator only compatible with the Tesla Model Y? Can it be used in other vehicles?

Yes. The TM-Y16 is exclusively designed for Tesla Model Y, with precise dimensions, mounting structure, and power interface (12V cigarette lighter + dedicated wiring harness) tailored to Model Y’s trunk layout. It is not compatible with Model 3/X/S or other vehicle brands.

2. How do I power it on/off? What should I do if the screen doesn’t respond?

Power ON: In standby mode, press and hold screen for 3 seconds → Buzzer beeps once → Screen displays current temperature and flashes for 5 sec (adjustable) → Refrigeration starts automatically after 5 sec (compressor delays 30 sec).

Power OFF: Press and hold screen for 3 sec during operation → Buzzer beeps → Enters standby.

No response? Check: ① Power connection; ② Vehicle “Keep Power On” enabled; ③ Battery level ≥20% (function disabled if <20%).

3. How do I adjust the temperature? What is the temperature range?

After power-on, tap screen once → Numbers flash → Rotate knob to adjust → Then:
Auto-confirm: Takes effect after 5-sec flash;
Instant confirm: Tap screen again.

Temp range: -6℃ to 20℃ (factory default: -6℃).
⚠️ Note: -6℃ is the standard cooling lower limit, NOT the LO mode trigger point.

4. What is ECO mode? How do I switch it?

Purpose: Reduces fan speed → Lower noise & power consumption, but slower cooling;

Enable: In powered-on state → Tap screen once → Press and hold 3 sec → Green ECO icon lights up;

Disable: Same operation → ECO icon turns off.

5. Do I need to defrost it manually? What’s the correct way to do it?

Required: When frost thickness >5mm in freezer compartment → Cooling efficiency drops sharply;
